Image & Video Consent

No Child Left Behind Zambia (NCLBZ) may capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of participants, volunteers, staff, and community members during our programs, events, and activities. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Volunteer activities and training sessions
  • Sponsorship events and donor visits

2. Use of Media

By providing your consent, you grant NCLBZ the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in the following ways:

  • Promotional Materials: Brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed materials
  • Digital Platforms: Our website, social media channels, and email newsletters
  • Fundraising: Campaign materials and donor communications
  • Reporting: Annual reports, impact reports, and program evaluations

3. Withdrawal of Consent

  • Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use of your media
  • We may not be able to remove media that has already been published in print materials

4. Children's Consent

For participants under the age of 18, we require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before capturing or using any images or videos. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and ensuring their safety in all our media activities.

Donations & Financial Contributions

1. Donation Policy

All donations made to NCLBZ are used to support our programs and services in Zambia. We are committed to transparency and accountability in all our financial operations.

2. Refund Policy

Donations are non-refundable unless made in error. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.

3. Tax Deductibility

NCLBZ is a registered NGO in Zambia. Donations may be tax-deductible in accordance with Zambian tax laws. Please consult with your tax advisor.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. In case of any dispute, we encourage:
